I am Bryan Webb. I am a Licensed and Nationally Board Certified Residential and Commercial Inspector. My wife and I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years now. We inspect, buy, rent, lease, and sell commercial and residential property from the history filled Appalachian mountains to the sandy coast of North Carolina.
My wife and I believe that all of our employees need to have a passion for what they do.
Here at Webb Property Inspections, we employ only local people who absolutely love their careers doing inspections. Most of our employees hold a post-high school education with varying degrees. I did the majority of my bachelors work at West Virginia State University. I also hold a Masters in Business from Liberty University, HR SHRM certification, and too many to list home inspections certifications.
In my free time I like to watch football, talk football, and I have coached football for over a decade. I also enjoy fishing and golfing with my son and brother, and any free time I get with my wife.

His role ensured that vehicles met stringent safety and environmental regulations, reflecting his unwavering commitment to quality and adherence to standards.
Driven by a desire to make a positive impact and inspired by his own challenging home buying experience, Javier charted a new course in his career. Recognizing the importance of a home inspection in the real estate process, he transitioned seamlessly into the role of a home inspector.
