I am Qiana ‘Q’ Millro a Licensed Arizona Home Inspector, Certified Commercial Property Inspector, REALTOR®, General Contractor, and U.S. Army Combat Veteran with experience in real estate and construction since 2019. I earned my Home Inspection and Commercial Property Inspection certifications through Inspection Training of Arizona (ITA) and I’m a proud member of the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA).
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies and an Associate Degree in Social Work, which strengthen my communication, problem-solving, and client advocacy skills. I use my education, field experience, and technical knowledge to help clients make informed decisions and protect their investments.
I am passionate about serving others, educating clients, and delivering thorough, unbiased inspections they can trust. I am also a wife and mother who enjoys volunteering in my community with Habitat for Humanity Central Phoenix.
