I am Krista Duncan, aka “Kris”. I was born and raised in Kentucky and I love my state! I am a veteran of the United States Air Force and have carried the core values of “Integrity, Service Before Self, and Excellence In All You Do” with me ever since. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and specialized in Healthcare Management. I worked in that arena for nearly 20 years until I needed a change; that change was Home Inspecting. I was trained through Professional Learning Institute in Louisville, KY and have not regretted my decision for a minute! I have loved every step of the journey and am passionate about providing the absolute best for the client.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and two dogs. I love most outdoor activities but camping is my favorite. I am also (right or wrong) a die hard Chicago Bears fan and once met Robbie Gould in a hotel elevator! Yes, I got his autograph!
