Your Trusted Michigan Inspectors
We are the largest residential and commercial inspection company in Michigan! Simply put, we can get your property inspected within 24-48 hours in most cases. We use FAA approved drones to reach higher than most other inspectors are comfortable climbing on a ladder. When the competition can’t get into the tight spaces of your crawl space, we deploy our tank drones to get the information that others leave out of their reports. We are full of technology and proud of it.

Sarah Dolasky
Licensed Home Inspector
My name is Sarah Dolasky. I moved to Columbia, Missouri in 2008 to obtain my bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. I earned my degree, but loved my job’s community so much, that I stayed in the restaurant industry for almost 20 years. I loved working in customer service, brightening people’s days, and staying very busy on my feet.
My mom’s house had settlement and foundation issues that have cascaded into a multitude of problems, resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. I wanted to help her and understand the root of the issues. I jumped in headfirst, studying all about home components and how they should be built.
I found it very interesting, which ignited a desire in me to become a property inspector. A home or property is a huge investment and I love helping people make informed decisions before such a large purchase. I pay special attention to detail and deeply care about things being done correctly.
Everything comes full circle and my stepson now attends the University of Missouri and I love spending time with my fiance gardening, hiking, playing tennis, golfing and skiing. In my alone time, I love to read and craft.
I am a certified residential and commercial property inspector. NACHI26082013 and CCPIA-005312.
