My name is Joshua Cooley, I’m happily married to my wife TJ and we have one beautiful daughter. I cherish family time above all, while also enjoying writing/rehearsing/performing music, taking trips down the river, watching football or cooking up meals for friends and family. 

With a diverse background in business management, automotive service, production management, and nearly a decade as Vice President of Operations for a patio furniture manufacturer, I bring an array of learned skills in diagnostics and problem-solving to every inspection.

I am a newly certified home inspector through InterNACHI. As a real estate investor myself I recognize the critical role a thorough home inspection plays in purchasing a property, which is what inspired me to transition into this industry.
