Neil started his career 25 years ago as a geophysicist performing shallow earth exploration and marine survey work, as well as environmental investigation and remediation. He quickly moved into management overseeing high profile projects nationwide for the US Army Corps of Engineers, NOAA and NASA. Following a successful career in federal contracting, he shifted his focus to real estate. He has owned and managed several mutli-unit commercial and residential rental properties and ‘flipped’ investment properties. Neil brings strong scientific and communication skills to property inspection, helping prospective homeowners to make sound financial decisions in real estate.
